P 113 is an ordinance by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners amending the Pasco County Court of Code of Ordinances Section 6-28, providing for applicability, repealer, severability, inclusion into the code and an effective date. Several months ago the board asked that we uh bring back this ordinance to uh delete the restrictions on Sunday
sales of beverages. Um the amendment before you Just Only that it deletes the on Sun on Sunday between eleven A. M. and two AM um restrictions and so now Sunday would be treated the same way that all other days of the week are treated. Um I'd ask that you wave introduction. and adopt the ordinance amending that section uh by roll call vote. So

So the restriction you you currently had a restriction that did not allow sales on Sunday before eleven A. M. Commissioner Starkey brought that to the board and said and said, The You wanted to eliminate that, that's what this that's what this revision does. Basically it treats alcoholic sales the same way it does. On on a normal day. On every other day. So every day of the week it's it's treated the same.
