And the basic motion for this pull and revise is you're taking the term from what would have been a twenty-year contract to keep it affordable housing, has now been agreed uh to go to a hundred-year contract uh to keep it affordable housing. And I'm gonna put a special thank out uh uh the Vincent House is such an awesome organization. Uh David Lembert from Withlacucci Electric Company, the best electric company on the planet, uh wants to see this. go as well. So when this came up in conversation yesterday, you guys had your conversation. He agreed to go the hundred years. That just shows you the commitment to the affordable housing, which this program is all designed about. So again, I want to thank Mr. David Lambert for doing just a phenomenal job in keeping to the mission. This is a phenomenal, phenomenal project.
