Under the six-lane scenario, this number jumps to 50,000, which is 70 to 80% of State Road 54. Norman Klein My name is Norman Klein and I reside at [address removed]. Because the intersection of Morris Bridge and uh Chansey Road are closed because of a sinkhole, people are driving on Lanier Road. That's the road I'm living on. on to get from Chansey Road to 54 or from 54 to Chansey Road. Then their road is paved from State Road 54 south for about a quarter mile. And then it turns into one-lane highway dirt road. And then they after the another quarter of a mile, it turns into a du uh two lane, but it's still a dirt road. Driving conditions on this road are do not are not good for speed and worse for safety. Now this road is not maintained by the county, so it's private. So you imagine what the conditions are like. You need to drive it to see how dangerous it is. They safe speed would be about ten miles per hour, but who's gonna drive that v this day? There are no speed limit signs because this county will not put speed limit signs in and the sheriff's

Cindy Buckle Okay, I want to talk about County Road 54 and Gateway, the phase two expansion of of Forest Lake Estates, which currently has about two hundred and fifty homes in it for sale right now, including most of the Canadians that are leaving Florida. We have been blocked. from getting in and out of our homes since it started two months ago. Literally blocked. Traffic is backed up from All the way to 98 to the east and all the way through the intersection at Chansey and County Ron 54. are not allowing us to get in and out. They are stopping us. I have missed appointments and have had to reschedule appointments because of this. And I have the pictures. That's the before picture. I'd like to see the after picture. So that you can see, this is what it looks like. Gateway is a dirt
