So in summary, this is a $228 million project. The Moffitt organization is asking for a $21 million local match supporting grant, and Moffitt will put up $42 million as part of the project. And uh might I add, this will be a defining project for the Moffitt organization. We're going to be doing research and treatment that is uh of global importance for cancer. prevention and treatment. But I did have some questions, and I don't know if Dave needs to come up because I I'm just seeing these papers. And um so as I mentioned to you on the phone, one one of the concerns for me was was that my understanding when y y'all were coming was that the parcels were gonna be sold. Um and you're non profit, so therefore we're not collecting property taxes. Um So it You sent me a paper that said if you lease If Moffitt leases the space to a for-profit company, we will get property taxes. So I just I just feel we have to protect the the county's investment in and our and our you know our our general revenue may take a big hit here soon. So um this is all very
