Ron Oakley this kind of project and and thank David and all the staff that worked on it too, along with you and coming to this conclusion, it seems to me it's happening very fastly to come to this point. So I think it's a win-win for for the county and and for our developer. We appreciate you being here and building this kind of product for us.
Ron Oakley So okay, and then one more thing. This is in District One. I grew up here in Dade City and went off to school in Tennessee and came back and went to work in a citrus business, but a lot of my classmates and friends that were here and grew up here couldn't go off school and come back over jobs and this presents us with a a lot of jobs and places to live and a very good environment for our residents in Pasco County. I appreciate it.
Ron Oakley that. It's a win it's a win win for the Evans family, it's a win win for the Pasco County. 'Cause this is gonna be a good project and It'll service a lot of citizens, not just here, but even to the north.
Ron Oakley to make things better and also to bring up young young future adults and citizens that will care about the county and the citizens in this county and and those two girls will really go a long ways because they're they certainly appreciate all that they've been able to do. So we're very thankful for all that you do.
Ron Oakley we'll let it be and and we'll support you anyway. So But uh we're great to have you in Pasco. We look for more and more business to come like yours of different opportunities and they're coming. So we continue to have uh a lot of growth ahead of us to do and hopefully we'll get you working and that door open as soon as possible.
Ron Oakley Yes, I'd certainly welcome you uh in Dasco County and We look forward to having having you and your employees work out of Pasco County. There's only one problem, you didn't come into my district
Ron Oakley family's gonna wait twenty twenty or thirty years to do a residential area on here on this property because they're gonna There's gonna be somebody out there right now that's looking to take care of this property and make it what it what we're wishing it to be. So I I'd like to make that motion to uh change that one item.
