Kathryn Starkey economic develop a little qu part of that economic development money. And I believe that is going to be the big bridge that doesn't affect, you know, that helps us move on and get these programs set for the east side. West Side or for our school children. Um so I I'm really excited about this next year.
Kathryn Starkey you. And um I'm gonna agree. I I wanna thank you um for working with David. And um you know, we if you were here this morning you heard some comments on protecting the taxpayers' interests and I I true b truly believe we have done that. Part of the penny for Pasco is for economic development and uh in my mind we are um We're building the downtown of Pasco County here. And that that's important. We don't just want low density sprawl everywhere. Um we need to have some centers like this. And um I think that you guys have methodically uh shown um Great stewardship of your property and um And I'm I'm excited for this. Um I kinda agree a little bit with Commissioner Mariano that It would be great if we could find some ways to add some kind of um facilities f that provide ownership. But I don't see people building condos anymore. I don't know what's what's happened to that world. I

I I'm vice chair now after being chair for three years uh for the National Association of Counties, International Economic Development Task Force. We had a a nationwide phone call yesterday, but I couldn't say anything 'cause it was one day before. Um but uh Um very excited to have you join some of the other international companies here. Bill, is this our first one from Brazil? I think so. Yes. Yeah. So so welcome. And I'm very excited um that you chose us and we will Certainly work hard to make sure that you feel you made a great investment here. Thank you, thank you.
