    Yeager Okay. I First of all, I trust our sheriff. I trust our sheriff's office. That stuff is going on in other counties, not in Pasco County. Those cameras are everywhere. They're at Lowe's, they're at the outlets, they're everywhere. So that the the cameras that the sheriff's office has control of, I trust the sheriff. And also you cannot see people's faces in those cameras. You see the license plate. That's it. And I'm not a big camera person, trust me. I lived in downtown New Port Richey. I called Brad. I'm like, I got another freaking camera speeding ticket. But they're not using it, they're not using it for speeding tickets. It has to have a case number. You're only looking at the license plate. And I I trust the sheriff. I don't trust other counties, but I trust Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

    Yeager support? Uh would you support us keeping our agreement with the Sheriff's Office on the on the license plate readers that Pasco does things differently than other counties and people can pull up on YouTube and all these other things, but they they're not it's not Pasco County. It's not what we're doing. We're not keeping the data. It hasn't been hacked into and it's helping the Sheriff's Office.

    Adam Brusselback Hello, my name is Adam Brusselback. I live at [address removed]. I'm a software engineer and a small business owner. I'm asking you not to approve more license plate cameras, and I don't think the ones that are already up should be there. One camera reading one plate tells you nothing about a wider pattern of life. Neither does a hundred separate readings sitting in a hundred separate places. But put them together in a database and the pattern bec appears that nobody intentionally collected and nobody approved. which neighborhood a car sleeps in, where it goes on weekday mornings, where which church, which doctor, which meetings, and who else's car was parked there. That pattern isn't a single record. It comes out of assembling them. And once the system exists, assembling them takes a few seconds. There's a reason the Fourth Amendment exists. Before

    Mariano that's constitutionally that fourth amendment, I think, is something you've got to be real careful to, and I don't think we need to do it. And for all the down the side it could be. Matter of fact, even today, I was just at lunch. I'm gonna read to you something. Didn't happen here. It was on Fox News at Lunch for just across the street.

    Chase Daniels but with the positioning of the camera, we are not able to capture any details on that camera. And also there are no details about who is driving that car. So, for instance, you cannot see into the passenger seat or the driver's seat, but in said it it largely captures the back of that vehicle and uh and its license plate. Um next slide please. So, this is what a search looks like. Um, and again, so this is specific to Pasco County. Uh I just want to be clear that I cannot speak to other counties or other states. Um, but this is what a search looks like for the Pasco Sheriff's Office. Uh so we search by a plate, and so what that requires is first first of all, not every deputy or every member of the Pasco Sheriff's Office has access to our license plate reader. We require them to go through a training and then an annual refraction. Pressure training, and their access is reviewed based on their position. So if someone who is uh certified transfers
