This is a master plan unit development within Connected City to allow 380 multifamily units and 180,000 square feet of non-residential uses on approximately 38 acres. However however, we are uh requesting a continuance. to the February 11, 2025, Board of County Commissioners meeting here in Dade City at 1.30 p.m.
