9:05Sure. Uh item AP 139 is a zoning amendment uh in the name of Tall Timbers MPUD by Extreme Team 41 LLC. This is a master plan unit development within Connected City to allow 380 multifamily units and 180,000 square feet of non-residential uses on approximately 38 acres. However however, we are uh requesting a continuance. to the February 11, 2025, Board of County Commissioners meeting here in Dade City at 1.30 p.m.

9:33We approved the publication of the hearing of this matter in the October twenty-third, twenty twenty-four edition of the Tampa Bay Times.

9:42Is it advertised as a as a continuance?

9:45It was added a uh to the addendum as a continuance. It wasn't on your original agenda.

9:50And so let me ask a question on that, because that's what was spoken about this morning. Right. Um what what are the legalities of of no proper notice? Is it okay since it's a continuance or

10:02Well, so it was originally scheduled to be heard at this meeting. Oh it was. It you continued it to this meeting in your o from your October meeting.

10:12Okay.

10:13So you have to take some action on it. It's more appropriate to continue it than to than to bring it up and hear it because you didn't it wasn't on your regular agenda. So continuance is is really the only thing you should be doing with it today.

10:31But we didn't have to notice it again, just continuing it to this date? Count it as a notification if we were to hear it today.

10:39You continue items all the time and yeah.

10:41But don't they show up on the agenda?

10:43They normally do show up on the agenda, yes. But anybody who was who had been at the first continuance would attend today thinking that it was going to be heard. Okay. It wasn't part of your agenda package, though in my in my view, a continuance is appropriate at this time. Okay. Should we allow
