No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Right, so we're gonna move on to item PC seven. That's PDD 247655. Clinton Avenue MPUD Master Planning Unit Development, CC Waller, Revocable Trust. It's for a rezoning from an AR agricultural residential, R2 Low Density Residential, and an R1MH single family mobile home district, to an MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District in order to allow for maximum development of three.

These will all be platted. I know that in your packet it says that there will be multifamily apartment units, and that's because they did a traffic study based on that, but that is not what they're proposing at all, nor are they proposing to loom any of that information. And it comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions as included in your agenda packet.

Charles GreyChair

Alright. Is the applicant present? Anyone here to object? See another one? Okay, next.

Denise

Following item is PC eight, PDD twenty four, seven seven six one, JI Pirana LLC. It's for a change in zoning from a C2 general commercial district to an I-1 Light Industrial Park District with a voluntarily agreed upon deed restriction that limits the uses to the I-1 Light Industrial Park District uses. Comes to you with a recommendation of approval.

Charles GreyChair

Okay. The applicant present? No one here to object?

See no one?

Denise

Following item is PC nine, PDD 24, 7751. It's a zoning amendment in the names of Thomas J. Ambrose II and Jennifer Ray McNeil. It's for a change in zoning from an AR agricultural residential, R1, Rural Density Residential, and R2 Low Density Residential District, to an MF1 Multiple Family Medium Density District with deed restrictions as included in your findings. That specific has architectural features. the limit limiting

the number of units to 42 townhomes on the property, they're going to be platted, so on and so forth as included in your finding of fact number two comes to you with a recommendation of approval.

Charles GreyChair

All right. Is the applicant present?

Anyone here object? Okay.

Next.

Denise

Following item is PC 10, PDD 247757. This is a special exception. The names of Brian Post, Carrie Matthew, Townsend Road Industrial. It's for a freestanding recreational vehicle and boat storage in an I-1 Light Industrial Park District, just so happens to be enclosed. Comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions as included in your agenda packet.

Charles GreyChair

All right, is the applicant present? You wanted to object. Okay.

Denise

Following item is PC 11, PDD 240065. This is a comprehensive plan amendment. You're sitting as a local planning agency on this matter. CPA 2310, Grace and Truth E-Land. It's for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map 2-15 and sheet 5 from Res 1 and AGR to CON Conservation Lands. approximately 318 acres of property located n north of 52 and between the Sun Coast

Parkway. and US 41. This is as a result of an environmental lands acquisition and management program acquisition of property. So it comes to you with that you find it consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Charles GreyChair

All right. Is there anybody here to Comment on this.

Okay.

Denise

And that is the end of your consent agenda.

We have somebody that's commenting on the pull that one.

We will pull PC eleven.

I think they have to vote on the consent agenda first and then move it car.

Charles GreyChair

Okay. We have a motion to approve the consent agenda as a modified So moved I

Jon Moody

know in PC seven we had a letter that came in to uh that it was in that position. I don't know if that's P C seven.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Mm-hmm.

Charles GreyChair

Yeah,

Jon Moody

yeah.

Denise

You had an oppos you had opposition on PC seven?

Chris Williams

No, I thought I thought the letter was on twelve.

Unidentified speaker

I think there was one on seven too. Yes there was an email that that came in.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Yeah it was uh it was an email I think that came in either last night or the night before. Oh, Tuesday night. So it looks like it was just to the Planning Board members. Okay.

Jon Moody

I th I think we should hear it just so we can address the objections in the Did

Christopher Poole

you need a copy of it, Denise,

Jon Moody

of the email?

Denise

Um I would love to see that, yeah, absolutely. So that we can provide it to the clerk's office as an ex ex party communication.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

When did it come? It came in actually came in Tuesday at nine o'clock and I I mean the person's not even here, so I don't even know What's the I don't know what the p protocol is, but

Jon Moody

I wondered too.

Charles GreyChair

Well

Denise

if one of you would forward the email to me that would be fabulous. Thank you.

Yeah.

I I think the Planning Commission is gonna make that determination.

Charles GreyChair

Yeah, is it is it some kind of lengthy letter or what?

Denise

Yeah,

Jon Moody

it's like What was that comment?

Unidentified speakerVoice B

I mean that's really what it comes down to. I mean they they asked about public noticing, they asked about you know the things you just mentioned about apartments versus the right-of-way.

Denise

that letter he may have responded to that person.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Yeah, unfortunately it doesn't look like any county staff was copied on it, so

Charles GreyChair

Okay, Mr. Uh Vermillion.

Unidentified speakerVoice C

You want to comment? One quick question, Mr. Chairman, just for a point of clarification. He may be able to answer all these and it may be a move point anyway, but if there's no one here actually objecting to it, then I don't think feel it should come off a consent agenda even if someone sent an email. I haven't taken it off consent. Okay. Okay. I just I don't even know what's in the email. I haven't seen it.

Jon Moody

Yeah, I just wanna make sure we address the letter was sent, that's all.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay.

Chris Williams

Yeah, here's the Mr. Chairman Mariano here. I think that at least one member of the board did have an opportunity to read this. I think the attorney should be given the copy so that he understands what's in your referral. We have an opportunity to look at it. So if I could as a point of order recommend that he have this copy, as it is the only copy That's available to us. But

to to at least uh address the concerns in it. I was just saying two. Two. Yeah.

Pasco County

Well regardless you need to make a motion on what you're doing with your consent agenda. Right. So either it's either you decide if P S P seven is on there or not. And you just need to make a a

decision.

Unidentified speakerVoice C

Uh what I would prefer to do if you all are okay with since the person's not here and I don't even have Have a an opportunity to cross examine the person, as I'm entitled to do, is to leave it on consent. Someone provide me the email and I will work with staff to respond to the person's questions. I think that's the only proper thing to do.

Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

Do appear all to be posed as questions, not necessarily objections. Right.

Charles GreyChair

Yeah. In that in that case, I agree with what you just suggested. And I think that's a good suggestion. I I'd like to uh I mean my preference would be to leave it on consent. Since they're really just posing questions. And you can respond to them.

Unidentified speakerVoice C

We're we're happy to do so. Okay. Thank you.

Charles GreyChair

So if that's the pleasure of the board, whatever the pleasure of the board I'd like to hear a motion.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Is there a motion? There's not a motion on the floor.

Charles GreyChair

There's a motion on the floor. I made a motion to approve yep. And we have a second.

Pasco County

So the consent agenda just so we're clear is P seven, P eight, P nine, and P ten. Yes. Right. Correct. Okay.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Oh second.

Charles GreyChair

Yeah we have a motion and a second. Any further discussion on the motion? If not. All in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Opposed, like, sign. Okay, motion carries. And we're all Putting P C eleven on the regular items.

Okay.
