Uh this comes with a recommendation from the Planning Development Economic Growth Department to approve the conditional

28:58US request with conditions as set forth in the recommended conditions section of the agenda memo. Uh important to note is that there were three late ex parte forms that were received. These were given to the clerk, and also one new conditional. Uh condition of approval was included since the publication of the agenda, which I can go ahead and uh read to the uh to the board. This condition says the applicants, any owners, and their successors
