Uh yes, ma'am and commissioners, uh we have distributed the work plan for the anticipated work plan for the Inspector General's office. uh that serves both our agency, our office and uh the board. Uh it includes follow-up routine things that they normally do every year, follow-up on items that were identified in previous, and uh another work plan. And this has been developed too and other risk assessments I should say. This has been distributed to the uh administrative staff for
their review. It's provided to you for information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Um Clerk Alvarez Holes as to any concerns or or items that you would like to have more information on. Again, this is their work plan. However, uh as we all know, our work plans have been affected dra drastically over the last year. And you can see down below that things that were deferred because of uh both uh turnover and staff illness and other things. So that uh
but as part of their accreditation they must establish this plan for the year and uh they will be proceeding on that. Uh the other two things that are uh she would like to uh make everyone aware of, uh we have the big shred that the clerk's office is sponsoring. The accounting facilities management is assisting with traffic control on this site coming up this Sunday. I'm sorry, this Saturday, this Saturday uh between 10 and 12 a.m. Last year there was four hundred and
forty-two cars can went through in general.
uh shredded items. Uh that will be again held this Saturday and the following Saturday on February the fifth. It'll be in Dade City where last year it generated 129 uh cars and uh three tons we're looking for a bigger turnout over there. So we're uh very hopeful that those will be successful items and that's all we have at this time.
