The first item on continuance is PC one, and you'll be sitting as a local planning agency for this item. Does have a companion item PC2. Uh PC one is PDE 260437. It's a small-scale conference. Of Plan Amendment in the name of CPA 2407, CPAL 2 Rivers, providing for a comprehensive plan text amendment to sub-area policy flu 7.1.11 to Rivers PD, and

this is coming with the request to continue the item to June 11th, 2026 at 1.30 PM or as soon thereafter as same may be heard in Dade City.

EPG to Reverse Development LLC, a rezoning petition from MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to MPD Master Plan Unit Development District to allow for the maximum development of 4,047 single-family detached units, 2,500 multifamily units. 1,335,000 square

feet of office and target industry, 1,335,000 square feet of industrial, 1,335,000 square feet of retail, and a 300 bed for an assisted living facility, 480 hotel rooms, and a 35-acre recreational water park on 3,396.5 acres. Located in southeast Pasco County on the north side of excuse me, on the north and south side of State Road 56, from Morris Bridge Road

to Gall Boulevard, and this is coming with the request to continue the item to June eleventh, 2026, at 130 P. M. or as soon thereafter, a same may be heard in Dade City.
