Going to be observing Yom Kippur having a little bit of a little bit of a little I um Have an easy fast, I should say. So have an easy fast. Yeah that starts tonight if I'm not correct. Um Let me just talk about uh real briefly um I I I feel this is good news. Um last night the city of Port Ritchie and their city council voted to change the boundary uh of their community redevelopment area. So the CRA is no longer
the entire city of Port Ritchie. Yeah. So they removed Harbor Point. That's the neighborhood that we're all aware of on the corner of the river that overlooks the Gulf. Um we discussed that previous. Um we all know that's not a slum and blighted area. So thank you for the to the city of Port Ritchie for doing that. I know the board and the citizens of this county greatly appreciate that. And I think now we just um that's a a great first step. Now we need to kinda we need to start looking at those other areas um around
the canals and the in the um other um high priced areas that are in that Port Riche area and see if next year they can uh continue to move forward by uh removing those from this from the CRA as well. Um and with that, I'm done.
