Craig Laporte that time if it was thinking that the Ridge Road extension was changing the dynamics of this area. They didn't do it. The Moffitt Cancer Center is a non-starter. Yeah, we hope that they put a facility out at the bypass, but you know what? There's plenty of apartments in high density five mile no four miles south of that on 54 quarter. There's plenty of housing up on north of it by about five miles on State Road 52. There has been no demonstrated need for high intensity housing on Ridge Row. Zero. I'm gonna close with this. I wish tunnels to towers had come over here and bought this piece of land. I don't think anybody would oppose three houses on an acre. For our veterans and our our fallen heroes. And it would still be consistent with the land use plan that we have.

- PC7 Clyde Keys Aaron Cutoff zoning change for concrete plant
Joel And and for what it's right, for what it's worth, as the memo mentions, this was one of the designated preferred uh industrial preservation sites that TBRPC identified. And the board actually asked at a June board meeting that I was sitting at, they said we really need another concrete plant in the fifty-two I seventy five quarter for all of these projects that they've approved. So it's in a great location to minimize distance for a fifty two. We have Central Pasco Employment Village, Pasco Town Center. Wildcat Grove, you you name it, Moffitt. Um so it's it's a great location. Of course we have the existing CMAX plant is already adjacent, which Mr. Keys originally developed and operated, but he sold that to CMAX.

Several speakers campus was medical doctors, doctors in training. and paramedical support people. We anticipate this location because of the Moffat Center that is going to be at is in the bridge in Sun Coast. Um then we look at the Trinity, we look at the North Bay, we look at the Bay Point. for a huge amount of those people who probably end up being lieutenants in our campus. So that's a high level version for me. Thank you very much.
