Jaimie Girardi David, can I just ask Joel one question? Joe on the I'm looking at your concept plan and that main entry road that comes off of fifty four and then connects to Blissfield. The If I'm reading the conditions approval right, it says it needs to be a public roadway, but That might be a little unusual for us to have a public roadway through this area. intent for that L area that I'm talking about
Jaimie Girardi Yeah, because I don't want anybody to misinterpret Mr. Pitos's comments. There may be a day when when Blissfield is actually improved as an actual roadway and where the easy is a very important thing. where those trees would be cut down. So I don't want anybody to leave here thinking that The trees would never be cut down, but it likely would not happen until we actually build a real roadway there.
Jaimie Girardi In fact, we just had had a a dis dis debate debate on on the design manual. We actually had an opportunity to change it. Nobody wanted to talk about it. Nobody Might want to talk about roads. But If there's no criteria in the land development code, the staff doesn't get to say, Well, you need to design to this storm or that storm, they have to adhere to what's in the code, right? Isn't that what she just said?
