Jon Moody I would make another motion to approve Subject to the applicant agreeing to the deed restriction to construct a six foot masonry wall to buffer the neighbor. On the south side only? On the south side, yes.
Jon Moody Correct. That's correct. Yes. I'll make a motion. Could I ask in both motions that include a re request that staff remove any reference to the trail around the class one wetland from their Staff reports and And PowerPoints.
Jon Moody this can you put the aerial up so we can see? Let me try to ask the question a different way. The site's point four one acres. And medical office is a heavy parking user, so I'm just trying to figure out how much medical office we're talking about by the time we provide the parking and the retention.
Jon Moody Maybe just a little bit. I don't care if I tip I don't want to review the site plan or see. I'm just trying to get an idea. Are we talking about a thousand square feet of medical office or
Jon Moody So th there are times and I'm not the expert on the green signs that are put on fifty four, but I think if it's There are certain types of businesses and attractions that that you can petition DOT to have those signs put up? But I'm not an expert on Denise, do you know the criteria for that?
Jon Moody if that is I would I mean I would tell you that they can turn concrete blocks sideways under a wall every certain spacings to allow water to pass through. That that's not uncommon Or put notches in the bottom of the wall or whatever, if that's actually a problem.
Jon Moody the case I think staff needs to make that clear in their agenda memo and PowerPoint because they're certainly making it sound like there's gonna be a trail around the entire Wetland. In the in the write up. And then in the PowerPoint it says the same thing. So if the intent is just to have a trail on the fifty four and block lake front end, which I would understand because there's a clas it is a class one wetland with upland buffers. Then it that's how I think the ammo should read and your PowerPoint.
Jon Moody make a motion. And I and I'm in agreement with you, Mr. Gray. That I think the least they could do is agree to construct a wall and it sounds like they're not sure if they want to agree to that today or not, so what I'd do is move to continue them till we're back here in Newport Ritchie again to so that they can have time to decide.
