Norm normally only makes sense for an affordable housing developer to get the margins that they need on that development by getting some of these uh grants and some of these um I guess uh things that the county affords them to be able to receive for affordable housing, affordable housing credits and so forth. And if you're not taking advantage of that, I don't understand how the margins work.
