Starkey I mean it comes up Bellamy to fifty two f from the s where the Orange Belt Trail is coming along. It's going north. I was pretty sure it was going north on Bellamy at least two fifty two. This is the uh map of the general location of the subject site. It is located in the North Market area and not within the northeast Pasco rural area. This is an aerial view or more like a zoomed-in aerial view of the site location. As you see, it is situated in the northwest corner of County Road 52 and Happy Hill Road intersection. And this is another aerial that shows the local context as well as the surrounding um uh or existing conditions surrounding the subject site. As you see, the subject property is surrounded by residential uses, and we also have villages of Basadina Hills to the south of the subject property. There is a planned trail called Clinton Avenue Trail that's running through VOPH. And there's also the Orange Belt Trail.

So um our Have s has staff talked to you about whether the trail on fi Old Fifty Two is on the north side or the south side of that road?
Oakley The the nearest trail is five point seven miles south of this site at fifty two. So the i a trail does not go up uh Bellamy Brothers Board. It doesn't go up on Bellway.

So with the right of way that's being donated by this property and the right of way that is there, if you elected to to do a trail, it seems to me there would be enough right away to put it in I mean enough right away to put a trail in your right of way that you're getting from this applicant. So Are we when are we hiring that
