    Oakley Commission Oakley. Yeah. I feel very comfortable with the answers I've heard here today to to support this money going toward Moffett and and the impact they have on Pasco County means a lot to all of us. Higher paying jobs, uh better impact for for work and being at home and and people right here locally around Moffat. You'll s you'll see the impact happen in the neighborhood and area and all of Pasco County. So it's I feel very comfortable with moving forward with a uh project like this that will be for profit, that will pay taxes. We gotta be very uh careful with citizens' money and it's and it's our job to make sure that we don't wastefully spend that money. We make sure that it's going the right way and we're being paid back uh to our citizens because this is our citizens' money and we're very, very lucky to have Moffat with us. We're very happy that you're part of Pasco County. So

    Oakley Yeah. Commissioner Oak I know everybody knows Moffitt, uh, cure for cancer is coming from Pasco County. It's a great thing for our citizens. Of it's a and it's a big deal. There's sixteen million square foot of warehouse, doctor's offices, research clinics and all this coming to that center park. It's right there east of Sun Coast and uh to the west of 41. It's huge, 16 million square foot of workspace there. is is big. Right here at 52 and 75 where we're talking about today. is 21 million square feet. of warehouse and all that come into this area. The one if you've seen that huge building that's target's distribution center to the northeast of 75 and 52. That's a huge building. There's two buildings on this property between Fitch 2 and where the school is. One of them is 1.3 million square feet on footprint. The other one's 1.6 million square foot on footprint. And right in our area in East Pasco in that area, there's there's coming 101,000 jobs in that area. Those are all different businesses. I mean, we there's a great deal happening in our area in East Pasco that we haven't ever seen before to be able to live here, play
