Mr. Chairman Mill, it's always great to hear from you because you always give us great news of how how great we're doing, but your leadership of your team has been phenomenal. Um Recently we heard some stats where we're like third in residential growth, but we're number one commercially.

Mariano And on the bicycle trail connections, we've got them listed where is it? Bayo Bicycle Bayou Trail connection from Rivergulf Boulevard to Bailey Avenue. Um it says partner with the city of Port Ritchie, but I'm just wondering, should Port Ritchie be in the mix as well? I don't know what they wouldn't do as far as I don't do Pasco as both.

Mariano I don't think this thing just came up they're gonna go build this building. So as far as I'm concerned at this point, we've made an eight hundred thi eight hundred ninety thousand dollar niche already without even being told

Mariano especially when it relates to capital projects, the costs of materials and supplies skyrocketed as a result of COVID. Those costs have not come down. That has become our steady norm. So while we are seeing some increase in our revenues, it is not enough to cover the costs of construction. And so we have things like mobility fees, penny for Pasco, and the multimodal tax increment, multimodal transportation tax and tax increment finance out of the general fund that is subsidizing and helping to fund things like the our big road capital program. And then when we look at our penny for Pasco, um, so this one is also continuing to have some moderated growth. And this is very indicative of our steady local economy, because what gets paid here comes back here. Um, and so this tends to slightly outperform um the other revenues.

Mariano Uh if you would keep an eye on those guys, kinda coach them along as far as their next step, but we get some I think big things brewing up there to add an another one this pie.

Mariano they're doing with the asset we gave to them. So if they've made the decision to go consolidate, they get eight hundred and ninety grand from us, our taxpayers, I think we've made our contribution.

Mariano All right, so the last revenue that we're gonna look at today is our penny for Pasco. So our 14-year average on this one is roughly a 6.3% increase, and we are projecting 26's revenue to be right in line with a 6.2% increase. The neat thing about this one, it's reflective of PASCO's local government. The revenue that gets collected here comes right back to Pasco. So as you can see, our localized economy continues. Yeah. All right, so where have we been and where are we going? So in January, we workshopped with you all and we got your priorities for the upcoming budget cycle. Internally we kicked off and all of our department heads went to work on building their budgets. Typically in February we have this conversation, but we pushed it back a little bit because we needed to have some really good dialogue around MSTUs and our approach to that. And so now we're back here in March talking about our major revenues. Next month, as we just discussed, we'll be meeting with our constitutional officers
