Oakley The last email is from Rob Park. He lives at [address removed]. Agenda item 49, approve wetland credit purchase agreement. Yeah, EIP Credit Co LLC Agreement for Purchase Mitigation Wetlands Credit for the Ridge Road Extension Project Phase 2. uh two m two million seven hundred thirty nine thousand eight hundred. The taxpayers should not pay for this as the Ridge Road extension has pending litigation. The litigation will most likely end the Ridge Road extension phase one. Then the need for phase two can be determined. The taxpayers may have to burden the cost of undoing unwanted construction. This board has a reputation of not listening to the taxpayers. More taxpayer voices are heard against the construction of the Ridge Road extension than for. This taxpayer does not want to pay for this. Sincerely, Rob Park. That's it.
Several speakers Starkey: I have one more question, Ainsley. Some of the people gave their address as Ridge Road. So there we're not paving Ridge Road, so so wh are th people on Ridge Road being assessed?
Several speakers basically um in section 1101, we're just trying to find them a map. Which one is the exact way in which that's used in the section? Session talks about that there's these these different corridors. There's transit corridors, there's redevelopment corridors, there are all these different corridors, and Ridge Road was inadvertently um included as one of the corridors, and it's not a corridor. So basically, the the map is entitled. North 41, East 52, redevelopment and transit corridor map. So the the map incorrectly listed Ridge Road as one of those and it should not have listed Ridge Road. So Ridge Road was off that map.
Fitzpatrick Well didn't they change the drainage from instead of going to north over Ridge Road and west and then back south on Ridge Road, they're going to change it? Yes. They're gonna keep it so it doesn't go all the way around.
Cox I mean that might be a temporary fix while all these other things are happening. And and I agree with you. I think that Ridge Road is gonna dramatically reduce the traffic. on the Starkey.
Several speakers Oakley: District 1, Commissioner Oakley. Aye. District 3, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District 4, Commissioner Weight. District 5, Commissioner Mariano.
