What The only thing I can say is just from all of my work I do with affordable housing and with the housing authority, uh through all these financing mechanisms, there's auditing requirements that go into play, whether it be the county or hood. And so they ri they really become the enforcement honor.

That's what they do in the state of Florida. They've done a hor affordable housing developments down in Miami, um in different areas all over the state. That is that is what they do.
