Mariano let me bring my discussion up. So way back when when we had the Advent Ice Hockey Ring Comp complex coming in. There was a impact fee that was scheduled, I think it's based upon three hundred eighty thousand dollars per rank. And it was like $1.2 million thereabouts. And we staff was able to work it out to actually get the number down to close to $100,000. The theory was it's an attractor, it's good for tourist development, it's good for economic development, and uh for the trips that it's gonna bring it, it's not just regular people coming in, but a lot of tourism. The single hockey rink, I'm not gonna change that because to me that's gonna be something that's gonna be locally used. It's gonna help, but um it didn't seem to to warrant the same. So I was thinking we should take a look at that and bring those numbers down now as we did before or if we have the vehicle to already do it then we didn't have to, but so be it.
