Regulations to be consistent with Chapter 2021, 63 Laws of Florida, and other amendments as necessary to ensure
internal consistency, providing for applicability, repealer, severability, inclusion in the Pasco County Land Development Code, an effective date. This went to the horizontal round table interested parties meeting on July 21st. It went to the local planning agency who found it consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners. On July 22nd, and it was uh um introduced at first reading on 915-21 to the Board of County Commissioners. Again today the is the adoption, so we ask that you adopt the ordinance by roll call
