I need a second. Second. Second. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? All right.

Denise

Uh P seventy five. Madam Chair, would you would it be okay to take P seventy-six prior to P seventy five? Because it's actually a continuance and I should have read it right after the withdrawal, but I got a little bit excited about our conversation about Ozinham. Okay.

Oakley

So P seventy six is a continuance.

Denise

I know there's folks that are here to speak to the matter, but perhaps we can explain that because the request we we just received a request for continuance three hours prior prior to this. On P seventy six? Yes. Okay. Let

Oakley

Madam Chairman M as I normally recomm this was not as an advertised continuance. If there are if there are members of pu the public which cannot attend The meeting on June.

Denise

twenty first, twenty twenty two at one thirty in date in Newport Regime.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Um then you can give them an opportunity to speak now. If they speak now, they are precluded from speaking at the next hearing. That but but this since this was an action item, uh I generally recommend that you take public comment from those who cannot attend the The continuance date.

StarkeyChair

All right, so if you understood that you can you have one opportunity to speak. You can speak today or you can speak um At the June twenty first. June twenty first meeting it's your choice. Would anyone like to speak to this issue today? You can come up to the podium. Uh yeah.

Would anyone else here like to speak?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

you've been sworn?

Holly Newman

Oh yes, I did. I stood up.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay.

Holly Newman

So I just have a couple of questions and um I live in Timberwood Acres which is near Kitten Trail and Hicks and um I came across the posting on next door. Um I drove out to where this site is supposed to be and these are the questions that a few of our neighbors came up with. Um, I live in a really beautiful community. Uh we're a lot of veterans, so a lot of us served in the armed forces, including myself and my husband. We have a lot of firefighters, um,

EMT, police officers, a few of us are still working as civil service folks. And these are the questions that all of our neighbors came up with. Uh the concerns are the flooding to the adjacent areas, including Little Road, all the way to Denton Avenue. Has there been a traffic study the increased traffic to Hicks? Hicks, Kitten Trail, Hudson, and New York, It's already extremely difficult

to turn on to Hicks and Kitten Trail. What steps are being taken to ensure PASCO Fire Rescue can handle this influx? According to the Pulse Point, we often go Signal forty, which means no available rescue ambulance for medical or fire calls for service. The impact to the already strained schools, we have a lot of children in our 37 HOA residence area. So these are the concerns that our neighbors

are having right now. And those are the only questions I have. I apologise for hitting you with these. And that's it. That's all I have for y'all. Okay, thank you very much. Thank you so much. You all have a great day.

StarkeyChair

All right. Does anyone else want to speak to this one today?

Okay. Then um

Oakley

and there is no one on WebEx for this item. Okay.

StarkeyChair

Take a motion to continue. Motion to continue.

Oh we already ended? Sorry. Second. Uh all in favor? Aye. Opposed? Like I said, if Oakley wasn't sick, I'd be home. Uh P seventy-five.
