No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

MarianoVice Chair

Yeah. So this item I think came to us in May. And I Toke spoke and I had said that there's no way this is a b g ba basin of special uh closed basin of special concern. This is one Alan Ray's in in his neighborhood. I said then they would have to do a big study to make this done. Our team is actually looking at this as well because the neighborhoods right now have water all the way through them. Staff is actually looking at it and it took them time to get with Swift Mud because we're not in an emergency situation to go forward. But just the rain we've had, these

people have water everywhere.

StarkeyChair

Yeah, I heard the engineering has to be redone.

MarianoVice Chair

It has to be redone. There's no way they're gonna do this in October again. I don't think it's right for the people to have to like wait every thirty days to see when it's gonna go. It's gonna take at least sixty more days to get this done. And I don't know If we've talked to them about what time they

need,

is replicant here?

Amanda Hill

I don't believe so.

StarkeyChair

Well, I don't know what what's do we Move it without them being here? I d I don't know.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

You could continue it to a time uncertain and make them readvertise when they're ready to come back to you.

Amanda Hill

I'd also like to mention that uh there's a companion, M P U D P A T, that's on today's agenda for for this.

MarianoVice Chair

So if we're able to go time uncertain, I'm gonna make a motion to continue time uncertain. Second.

StarkeyChair

All in favor? Aye. Aye. you. P seventy eight. Uh seventy seven.
