Yes ma'am. We have a proof of publication

of this matter previously in the February fifth edition of the Tampa Bay Times for the March twenty fifth, twenty twenty five Board meeting where it was Continued to April twenty-second, where it was continued to May twentieth, where it was continued to June seventeenth, where it was continued to today.

Amy Heiler

Thank you. Good afternoon, Amy Toll with Planning Development and Economic Growth. Item P58 is an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan. Or P53, excuse me. Sorry, P53. An ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan, providing for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map, map 2-15 and sheet 10 from Res 1, Residential One Dwelling Unit Providation. Per gross acre to PD plan development on approximately 7.83 acres of real property located

north of the intersection of Little Road and Jasmine Boulevard, and a text amendment creating sub-area policy flu 7.1.82 Little Road PD and a map amendment to the future land use map, 2-9 amending sub-area map 2-982. Or adding, I'm sorry, adding sub-way map two-982 Little Road PD. This is a continuance request to the September 16th uh public hearing in Newport Ritchie. I'll take a motion.

MarianoVice Chair

Madam Chairman Mariano discussion. Um and I appreciate getting the continuance because When this was looked at, uh it's uh again a close based on a special concern, I asked them to do the engineering. They first they could do it thirty days, then sixty days. We're on a third continuance from that point from back in May. I would like to see this continued uh time uncertain. And once they come back with the stormwater plan, how it's gonna be handled, then let them have a town hall meeting, figure out what they can do in the property, and then have it before the residents, and

then go to the Planning Commission, then bring it back to us. These continuances are just not fair to the people to be continued over and over and over again. Some of 'em don't even know that this was being continued and some couldn't even make it today. So I think it's time to start this thing over again because clearly When I told them of the concern of the flooding that was in the area, Uh

And the the I just I don't see where where another thirty days are gonna get done either.

WeightmanSecond Vice Chair

Well um Chairman

I mean that's kinda setting precedent for other projects.

StarkeyChair

Well I want to hear um that with from staff who's been working with the applicant. Where where are where is the applicant?

Amy Heiler

Sure. So stormwater was submitted, that engineering was submitted, and our stormwater team uh did take a look at it and they confirmed that it's sufficient.

StarkeyChair

Okay.

MarianoVice Chair

Then I'd like a meeting with staff. Move to continue. September sixteenth.

StarkeyChair

Second. Um all in favor? Aye. Aye.

Okay.
