- PC12 PDD 24-7744 Hani auto repair C2 rezoning
Several speakers Jaimie Girardi: Okay, did could you ask the answer the question about your stormwater? Where are you putting stormwater in so?
- PC12 PDD 24-7744 Hani auto repair C2 rezoning
Connected City Um M Mr Moody, is there a um you're you're the stormwater expert, so is there um special containment So is there a special can um containment process that um in a situation like this where they would have to do things to mitigate the stormwater. Photoshop
- PDD 230431 LDC section 605 airport overlay districts
Several speakers Jon Moody: It doesn't matter what I build, I might have a dry stormwater pond, I might have a wet stormwater pond. What I'm trying to figure out is this is a land use.
- Accessory dwelling unit proposed ordinance
Unidentified speaker So so if I may, um maybe I can do a a better job of asking those specific questions uh to stormwater, right? I was because I I wasn't sure if it was fire, utilities, I it was probably all of them that we had concern with, but it sounds like specifically we're honing in on stormwater. So maybe I can get hone in on that specific.
- PDD 230431 LDC section 605 airport overlay districts
Several speakers Jon Moody: Yeah, but what I'm trying to get at, okay, so What are we looking at in the review? And a stormwater pond, every development requires a stormwater pond.
- PDD-217552 Alvernon Drive 55 townhome rezoning
Jaimie Girardi Will ju just to be clear, this is Jamie Girardi. Um just to be clear This subject property is not part of any other master stormwater system. They were gonna be required to provide their own stormwater and their own floodplain compensation, everything correct?
- P64 PDD 2207587 Bolton Avenue mobile home rezoning
Todd Pressman I'll keep this very short. I think it's important to recognize future land use category here is res six, which is six units per acre. Your staff report tells you to the north, south, east, and west are my all manufactured homes. But the critical issue, as you've heard, is uh stormwater. And um Clearly what is occurring now is the water, stormwater is going everywhere and anywhere with no control, no help, no assistance. So obviously, as commissioners are aware, we'll work with your staff. So this will not be in a uh just wild control of stormwater on vacant land. This will be controlled above normal requirements as worked out with your staff. It will control the stormwater and assist and directly address the issues that you have heard from the neighbors. That's good environmentally, that's good for stormwater and good for the neighborhood. To do it right and do it correctly and exceed those conditions, and again, we have reduced the number of units to further

Denise for folks from Stormwater to be here to address the overall stormwater issues in the area. We do have some folks on WebEx who have been promoted to panelists so that they can speak on those issues as well. So um do you want me to Turn it over to the applicant.
- Fox Ridge MSBU stormwater repair options denial
Several speakers Unidentified A: I mean it's wet year Kathryn Starkey: round.
- Fox Ridge MSBU stormwater repair options denial
Several speakers Seth Weightman: That should be all in the coast or For where I'm
- PC12 PDD 24-7744 Hani auto repair C2 rezoning
Jon Moody And I hear you and I'm And I'm sympathetic to it. But the one thing I'm thinking about is if he owns it and he were to unify title to all of his property and like I said I there I don't don't see any stormwater on his concept plan and I can see where that becomes the logical place for a stormwater pond in the future.
- PC-8 PDE 25-7615 Tall Timbers MPUD rezoning
Unidentified speaker there's language that states: quote, all SPA zones shall include strategies related to wastewater recycling, stormwater capture, and reuse. So my question is for this particular MPUD, we have about 10 acres of storm pond. What are we doing or how is this project going to reuse? stormwater and support this initiative in the comprehensive plan. Thank you. All right.
