And our guest register uh will include license license plate verification, which is how do you know that the wife didn't sign the register for six months and then the husband signed the register for six months? Well you verify the the license plates. I've always been asked whenever I go to R V park I have to show them my license plate on my R V. And at the county's request, I think We're only supposed to the state statute has a less time than three years to maintain that log. The county's request we're gonna maintain that register for longer. We've opened it up to the Pasco County, the tax collector, or the school board if they want to check to make sure those state rules are being followed.
Barbara Wilhite a resident can get in and out of. But for event, people are events, they can get out. 'Cause you want 'em to come through the gate 'cause you want 'em to get their license plate and everything, but for people getting out, they can use it as second entrance. So I wanted to respond to your questions because they were good questions. Thank you. I just wanted to say that, you know, i when you hear like little changes, just make a little change, those are these are big changes. And even I tried to buy, you know, I'm like, what about this and what about that? And they're like, explain to me, these are big changes, these are big things. But let me just tell you about something that means something to me. before they can have the first CO, which I agree is not moving people in, and if you want Aaron to talk about how you lease one of these projects, how you build one and how you lease them, because you don't just build a portion of a project, build the whole project. So it means that not only do they have to They can have a stop at three hundred and
Several speakers turn left into Little Lake Thomas Road. to see the traffic coming from the opposite direction. Many fatalities and tower accidents happened on that corner before Pasco County took down the land bridge and constructed the four Lane Highway. with a dedicated turn lane that exists today. And it's created a safe entry. an exit into Little Lake Thomas Road from US forty one. That four lane expansion made it possible for our county to grow and as county leaders envisioned it would. Along with it, Land O' Lakes High School was built as many other county services were built. So we did not have to drive to Dade City's Effort Hills. or New Port Richey to renew our driver's license, license plates, or pay our taxes. A new fire station was moved From a tiny building on Hill Road. with hardly enough room to park an ambulance to a much larger facility on Highway forty one. That four
Caitlin Buell order to approach and depart from the airport in a predictable manner. We also fly patterns repeatedly in order to land and take off as much as possible to maintain proficiency. The noise contours in 23-28 are an inactive. Accurate depiction of the reality of what can be expected by future residents. Noise does not stay near the runway. As you can see, the pattern for the runway 3-6 involves aircraft at low altitude directly overhead these apartments at full takeoff power. Ordinance twenty-three twenty eight states that no new wildlife attractants will be added. This plan is adding new wildlife attractants. The FAA acknowledges retention ponds as attracting large waterfowl, which are a hazard to air navigation. Elongated ponds are especially attractive to large waterfowl and flocks of birds. Here we have a long retention pond where airplanes would have just taken off or will be about to land. And would easily spook a flock of birds. Low-level bird collisions are difficult to maneuver away from and are likely to crash an airplane. This development adds risks to
Mariano need. And then you put all those cameras in. And if there there is a complaint that they make sure there's a camera that can re be record that's recordable that we can actually look at within the twenty four hour period. So I got the at least a running tape of twenty four hours.
Several speakers Jack Mariano: As far as cameras go. To have the cameras in spots where there be Let's say out outside places, inside places. Um Driveway? Yeah. Back back out back as well. That's
Starkey and I don't know if the county attorney has the answer to this, and I would ask this homeowner I I know you can't put cameras in bedrooms and things, but it seems to me that you should be able to put We have 'em in our house um to to be on our boat at Gulf Harbor so I have 'em in both houses. I have a a camera that shows if someone comes in my front door. And I I have a camera. that i i is going out on my dock and my boat. And so You should be able to see if there's inappropriate activity going on and maybe kind of self-regulate. And and in my mind if if there is Um, you know, three strikes you're out and you lose your ability to be a short term rental. I I think makes more sense than Um than the pro the program that we have now. Because right now we have no No enforcement of anything. And it's a just a free for all. So
Weightman So Terry, w the explain the difference between what'd you say, condo style plating, and we know what our traditional plating is. But explain please explain to me the difference You mentioned that there's a possibility we could do condo style plaiding with these. What does that entail? Uh uh
Oakley Okay, I I pulled this item because uh I was thinking it dealt with some issues with um With some of the cameras and all we have here at this courthouse. and uh was concerned about that if we were approving Because it's been an ongoing issue for a while. And I was just wondering if that had to do with those cameras here or if it was some other issue.
Several speakers Unidentified A: We can put it on their plate and and see if we have the opportunity to do it. I mean if
Andy Foss Yeah, I might have seen this. I want you to keep focus on the red house that's back in that left-hand corner. Now, the waves that are hitting that camera was a beach camera that was out there placed by Lee County for their safety and security. That camera was mounted a little over eight feet in the air, above the ground. And if you notice that house back there is now a floating house and leaving. So if you watch the palms, they'll start to turn here in a minute, which means the winds are now blowing offshore and taking that water back out.
Denise Okay, I just wanted to clarify the record because there is there is a special exception over this parcel for a for eternal lodge which also falls under recreational and social club. So that if someone, including a motorcycle club, wanted to come in tomorrow that there's an approval over that parcel for that use. And that use entails alcohol. Which is an 11CX license. It's a a license for a fraternal social organization. And as it is today. We would sign off on that. License. So just wanted to clarify that for the record.
