- State Road 54 Black Lake comp plan and MPUD
Charles Grey Kevin You see those kind of signs about just about every ramp on an interstate or vet the Veterans Expressway to tell you where the McDonald's is are and all that stuff. So sure there's a way to do it.
- State Road 54 Black Lake comp plan and MPUD
Charles Grey Okay. I'll second. We have a motion. We have a second. Any further discussion of the motion? If not, all in favor signify by saying aye. I name it. Pose like sign? No. Motion carries.
- PC six State Road 54 PO1 medical office rezoning
Charles Grey Well for for for my p purposes, my personal feelings is Uh uh I wouldn't vote to approve this unless there was a solid wall between this property and the residential property and I think that's a reasonable request. Uh I think it's not reasonable to say that you have to put a house on fifty four But it is reasonable to ask for substantial buffer and if a wall is part of that requirement I think we oughta require a solid wall.
- PDD 200584A State Road 54/56 policy directive update
Charles Grey That yellow, Terry, that yellow that's designated. That's I'm trying to the You know, the thing that down at the bottom, I think is it say res one is yellow? Yeah. 'Cause that seems like it flies in the face of what you're trying to do. Maybe I'm reading it wrong.
- General public comment from Jasmine Forkin about green space
Charles Grey There's a big swath of property from State Road fifty four all the way to State Road fifty two and it I think it comprises three different development uh non development areas, Bexley, Sarranova, and Starkey. Yeah,
