On the east side of Old Pasco, I could see why there would be a sidewalk. that would uh run along the country club and then potentially along this side as well. and get you all the way north to fifty two. Um for this particular site, we in our discussions with the applicant, we uh decided that the sidewalk along fifty two would be f or Old Pasco rather, would be fine since the actual trail is on the west side of Old Pasco and that internal to this site we could get this population which is separate from the country club to go north through their site and connect into the commercial property. Once into the commercial property the commercial property could then build uh whatever path network is necessary along 52 to take you from the this site on the east side of Old Pasco west to wherever the Orange Belt Trail um
Oakley The the nearest trail is five point seven miles south of this site at fifty two. So the i a trail does not go up uh Bellamy Brothers Board. It doesn't go up on Bellway.
Oakley So with the new new R V park coming and and that trail actually being on the east side of Lake Ola Road, it only makes sense that it would cross Bellamy Lake Iola Road going toward the Evans property up there so that would be your trail that you could put in and not necessarily a equestrian trail because there's not many horses right there. But there are bicycles. There's room for both. Going both of course.
