Peter Krician All right, not a problem. Uh the Hope Shy has done wonders for me. I'm starting back to school uh uh November seventeenth and uh at Bene's Career Academy. Um and they've supported me through the entire away. If it wasn't for them, I don't know where I'd be. Thank you very much. Well we're we're uh happy for you. Thank you very much. I appreciate all the time.

Several speakers that vehicle speeds can tend to increase between speed bumps or tables. Drivers may drive around to avoid them and they can delay emergency response time. And I believe uh that adding any potential EMS delays or even more speeding um is is really an unacceptable risk and sh and should not even be considered. Um and I also believe a denial uh would improperly prioritize convenience over safety and deliberately allow these extra sixteen hundred vehicles to continue into the active school zone. when we now have an opportunity to to divert them. And with that in mind, we respectfully request that appropriate judgment be exercised as it was for Hazel Avenue in Hudson and that the gate be approved. Thank you.

Christine Signoretti Hi, my name is uh Christine Signoretti. I live at [address removed]. Um Just want to speak as far as like a being a mom in the neighborhood. Uh my kids are grown now, but I've had to deal with this and I could never let my kids play outside without me being there. I have guarded all the neighborhood kids because the speeding is horrendous. You have no idea what we've had to live with. I'm sorry, it's very emotional for me. I don't, you know. It's very bad. Besides the development of three schools outside of our neighborhood, the traffic is already horrendous with the three schools. But we've got Residents from Metal Point 3 screaming down our neighborhood constant. If you put in speed bumps It's already loud enough with the traffic. I can't imagine listening to cars going over speed bumps or any other kind of deterrent. It is so loud you can hear it in our our patio. When we sit on the backyard, we can hear cars racing up and down the road all the

Several speakers we couldn't allow residents of the Memo.3 and two side to still have access through both directions. I understand the outside traffic being a problem, and I'd love to see Mental Point 3 CDB do something to address that, whether that's UK or working closer with Mental Point 2, but the fact remains that I don't. I think we've tried that part to retain access in both directions. If there'd be other measures involved on top of that, providing access between both parties to reduce speeding of speed bumps or stop signs or some sort of traffic enforcement camera to let finds was an option. approachable route for a lot of people who would like to not see this uh traffic block open. So those are really my comments I wanted to make, but um that's all I've got.

Anthony Wolford the most recent case, uh he ignored the evidence and found me guilty, even going so far as to charge me an additional hundred dollars for exercising my constitutional right of questioning my accuser free of charge. The issue with the cameras are going beyond personal experience. However, the facts are clear, the cameras are operating without valid permits. The expired uh the permits expired was denied er the permit extensions were denied September sixteenth. And despite replying yesterday and reapplying yesterday, Monday, October twenty Twenty five. The operators have Done nothing to update cameras and signage by F DOT standards. In fact, I have photograph evidence that demonstrates the camera's noncompliance. which was provided to me by James Meyer, the F DOT permit signer. This evidence shows the cameras are not operating with the required standard and yet they continue to issue citations to our citizens.

Several speakers Unidentified A: Thank you very much. Madam Chairman M if I may, the County Commission does not have a red light program. It's only the municipalities that are that have red light cameras.

Several speakers indicating Rencrest Drive has considerable safety issues. excessive driving, vehicles leaving the road, collisions uh with cars and property. It's been bad enough that two individuals had to be airlifted to trauma centers. I'm not sure what other gated road in the United States can make that claim. While all this goes on and while this occurs, please keep in mind if you gentlemen did not know the soft gate that they were referring to at the entrance to Mansfield and Rencrest is inside the school zone. It is literally in the area marked between the school zone warning lights. So this is why it was challenging to comprehend the significant effort expended to address the five-minute inconvenience. for Metal Point 3 drivers and not the documented safety concerns and the school zone involved. I do understand some some suggestions have come up for speed bumps, but they don't reduce car volume. Globally available data as well as Pasco County's own traffic department. Show

Henry Good afternoon. Steve Henry, Linkson Associates 5023 West Laurel, Tampa, 33607, and I have been sworn. Uh so just real quick on the traffic. Yeah, one of the things we did on this one because of the schools, we actually did longer counts. So we did counts from 6 a.m. to nine, and then we also did them from one in the afternoon to six, just to make sure we've captured all the school hours uh in there. But we we looked at uh Th that volume, we added a growth rate to it. In addition to that, we added the Dominion project to that. And when we looked at the analysis, you know, the the driveway works at the acceptable level of service. The volumes are are reasonable out there to allow it to operate within actually it's level of service A or C for the different movements within the intersection.

Mariano by the hurricanes. So I got to talk to him a few different times. He told me about the red light cameras. And he told me some things that he's printed out here, and I just want to review them with you that bother me. Because I never liked these cameras. I fought them when I was on the MPOAC. Uh they delayed for seven. seven years but finally they made their way back. I think it was about five years ago we had a conversation with the city and they talked about well because we're in contract we can't end our contract And we gotta keep the red light cameras. We're gonna look at getting rid of them. Uh that never happened. Uh so now as i if and this is is confirmed by James Myers that as far as they are out of compliance.
