Jack Mariano So in the morning you got eighty eighty trips coming out, hundred three in the afternoon going back out uh coming back in. Think about the gentleman we just said here with what going out there at that intersection to try to go out there. Sitting through a number of lights. How many more lights? You get twenty cars, let's say. Forty cars, let's say. In daytime traffic getting getting ready to go to school. All those trips are right there and how are they going to get out? And how long is that backup going to be? Now add in construction traffic to go in there as well.

Andy Foss Yeah, I might have seen this. I want you to keep focus on the red house that's back in that left-hand corner. Now, the waves that are hitting that camera was a beach camera that was out there placed by Lee County for their safety and security. That camera was mounted a little over eight feet in the air, above the ground. And if you notice that house back there is now a floating house and leaving. So if you watch the palms, they'll start to turn here in a minute, which means the winds are now blowing offshore and taking that water back out.

Pat Rubracht Uh the road I live on is right off of Lake Patience Road, which will be impacted by this new development. My biggest concern with this new development of 107 homes is the impact of traffic on Lake Patients Road and the impact it will bring to our already overcrowded schools, especially Oakstead Elementary School. Which when it opened ten years ago opened with portable classrooms. I also worry about the additional traffic in front of the school. There's going to have to be more buses to bus these kids from these new subdivisions on Lake Patience Road and this one on Joy Drive. We already have a shortage of bus drivers. Not to mention the additional cars it will bring with people taking their kids to school. The traffic is already terrible right at uh the beginning of school and end of school.

Okay, because it's another outlet. if you're going that way, that route, and that's gonna cause a lot of traffic. Uh people don't think about that. It's not just Alvernon. It's gonna affect Southern Oaks and it's gonna affect traffic. And we have lots of homes as you can see there, very tightly close knit homes with lots of children there, and the traffic now is unbelievable. We try to get speed assessments and and speed bumps in that area due to the uh the the people speeding. It's just gonna cause massive again. I'm not against 19 homes. But the fifty five
