Roberto Saez no requirement. Uh but the the main issue with Connected City in that regard is that there is a minimum. Connected city unlike other areas, other areas have maximum densities that are allowed. Connected city has some minimums that are required. So to reach certain minimum densities, which most of the area that's available right now that's being developed uh are a minimum of medium density. Uh so it's very difficult to get medium density with a detached product. Uh you have to go to a, you know, it would be a forty foot lot at best if you have a mix with some uh townhomes and things like that in there as well to kind of up that density.
