Barbara Wilhite than six months. Six months is a state law definition of transient. And so that's what we follow. Um that's what all the RV parks follow. And our guest register uh will include license license plate verification, which is how do you know that the wife didn't sign the register for six months and then the husband signed the register for six months? Well you verify the the license plates. I've always been asked whenever I go to R V park I have to show them my license plate on my R V. And at the county's request, I think We're only supposed to the state statute has a less time than three years to maintain that log. The county's request we're gonna maintain that register for longer. We've opened it up to the Pasco County, the tax collector, or the school board if they want to check to make sure those state rules are being followed.

Barbara Wilhite have to give a guest register as required by Florida statutes 509.101. At the end of this day the R V shall be removed. Um or stored in any on-site storage facility. The um developer shall maintain those guest registers, RV license plate numbers. I could go on and on and on. almost a page of how that all works. I can tell you every detail about this resort has been looked at and spelled out and there's there's long conditions that has to do with each one of these things. We um Traffic was looked at when we when we had the resort uh approved. This project was always gonna be resort and there was always gonna be music. There was always gonna be outdoor music by the pool, just like there's gonna be currently. Again, all we did was take people were gonna come in RVs. We added another way for them to enjoy the resort. And the answer is yes, unless they go to a storage place on site. The other thing is is is, you know, how are you gonna know and the way I learned about this was uh how would you know is that when I Went to a campground in my R V They asked for my license plate. They went outside and took a picture of my license plate on my RV and I asked them why. Curious me. And they said, That's the way we keep track of that you left or you came. And so in c instead of names, because I can just use different names between myself and my significant other, they track it by license plate. So we added that kind of clarity to the conditions that that's what's gonna be the expectation here as well. And with that I had one other thing. If you will indulge me for just a few more seconds.
